The BRILLIS BN9-LED-R290-EF-INV is a single-door refrigerator cabinet for storing chilled food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that prepare meals daily.
The 700 L chamber has a hinged door and a -2 to +8°C range set via a digital display. It comes with 4 shelves for GN 2/1 gastronorm pans, and 26 stamped guide rails spaced 5 cm apart let shelves be repositioned to suit the kitchen's needs. Cooling is dynamic, with R290 refrigerant.
