The COLD BOSTON S-1400 refrigerated cabinet (Poland) is intended for storing chilled products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as in buffets and serving lines of foodservice facilities that need a separate, spacious refrigerated unit alongside display counters. Double solid hinged doors and 10 shelves allow storage to be organised by product group in line with the kitchen's internal procedures.
Gravity cooling maintains an internal temperature of -1°C to +8°C at a room temperature of +25°C and 60% relative humidity, running on R290 refrigerant. The interior chamber is made of aluminium sheet, and the exterior body is galvanised steel with a white powder coating. Height-adjustable metal wire shelves with a plastic coating are fitted, and an electronic controller with a digital display allows temperature monitoring.
