The BRILLIS BN18-LED-R290-EF-INV is a large two-door refrigerator cabinet for storing chilled food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions with centralized catering.
The 1400 L chamber runs at -2 to +8°C, set via a digital display, with automatic defrost. It comes with 8 shelves for GN 2/1 gastronorm pans, and 52 stamped guide rails allow shelf height to be adjusted. Cooling is dynamic, with R290 refrigerant.
