The BRILLIS BN9-LED-R290-EF-INV is a single-door refrigerated cabinet for storing chilled food in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutional catering facilities that need a stable storage temperature throughout the day.
The temperature range is -2 to +8°C, set from a digital display, with a total internal capacity of 700 L. Inside, 26 stamped rails spaced roughly 5 cm apart let the four 530x650 mm shelves (suitable for GN 2/1 gastronorm containers) be arranged to suit kitchen needs. The stainless steel body and height-adjustable legs, together with removable magnetic door gaskets, make daily cleaning straightforward.
