The Juka VD140M refrigerated cabinet is a large-capacity two-door unit for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, production kitchens and catering facilities, and storage rooms of foodservice businesses. The +1...+10°C operating range and 920 L usable capacity allow a sizeable stock of dairy, meat, vegetables and other products requiring chilled storage to be kept at once.
The cabinet's interior is made of painted metal, and the body is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam, providing reliable thermal insulation, tightness and structural rigidity. An electronic control unit maintains the set temperature and performs automatic defrost without staff involvement. Ten height-adjustable shelves let facilities arrange stock flexibly by container size.
