The Juka VD75G refrigerated cabinet is designed for storing dairy, sausage and meat products, salads, desserts and drinks in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as storage rooms of foodservice businesses. A compact 820 mm width paired with a roomy interior lets facilities fit a significant volume of stock into a limited kitchen or storeroom footprint.
Climate class 7 and a permissible room temperature of up to +16...+35°C allow the cabinet to be installed in unconditioned spaces — storerooms, back-of-house areas, hot production zones. The +1...+10°C operating range is maintained through dynamic cooling and 60 mm thermal insulation. The body is cast as a single unit, with an interior surface made of plasticized metal. The cabinet comes with an electronic control unit with automatic defrost, four height-adjustable polymer-coated shelves, and interior lighting. A built-in illuminated lightbox on the door is convenient for displaying product range or labelling information.
