The Juka VD75GА refrigerated cabinet is professional commercial refrigeration equipment for storing and displaying cheese, dairy, sausage and meat products, salads, desserts and beverages in kitchens and buffets at educational facilities, healthcare institutions and foodservice operations. The model stands out with a considerably larger internal volume compared to the base cabinets in the line, fitting a large amount of stock into a limited-area room.
The cabinet body is a single-piece moulded construction with an interior surface made of plasticised metal, simplifying wet cleaning. A tubular condenser is mounted on the rear panel and requires no extra maintenance. The cabinet comes with an electronic control unit with automatic defrost, five height-adjustable shelves in a polymer finish, and bright interior lighting that keeps products clearly visible on the shelves. The +1...+10°C operating range is maintained at a recommended room temperature of +16...+30°C, corresponding to climate class 4.
