Liebherr BKPv 6520 ProfiLine Bakery Tray Refrigerator, 602 L

The Liebherr BKPv 6520 ProfiLine is a larger-capacity refrigerator for storing trays of dough, semi-finished products and finished baked goods in kitchens that run their own bakery production: central school-catering facilities, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. Compared with the base line, ProfiLine adds electronic control and a wider operating temperature range.

The cabinet is designed for 400×600 mm trays with lengthwise insertion; the trayslides are made of L-shaped chrome-nickel steel and require no separate shelves. The -5°C to +15°C temperature range allows the unit to be used for both cooling and short-term storage in a lower-temperature mode. Forced-air circulation and automatic defrost keep conditions stable, and the electronic control panel with buttons and an external digital display signals faults with both a light and a sound alarm.
