The UBC Extra Large two-door refrigerated cabinet is the largest model in the UBC cabinet range, built to store substantial volumes of water, juices, dairy products and other chilled beverages and food items in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other mass-catering facilities. With a 1350-litre capacity and two doors, the cabinet suits large buffets and serving areas that need a sizeable daily stock of chilled goods on hand.

The body is made of 0.5 mm galvanized sheet steel, primed on both sides and painted on one side, which ensures wear resistance and corrosion protection. The bending technology preserves the body geometry throughout the service life. The 58 mm insulation layer (cyclopentane-based polyurethane foam, free of fluorochlorine compounds) gives the body rigidity and maintains a stable +3…+8°C temperature range. A Rollbond evaporator with forced air circulation distributes cold evenly inside the cabinet and prevents fogging on the glass doors, while the dynamic condenser ensures efficient heat dissipation. The doors are designed to close smoothly and automatically and can be re-hung to change the opening side. The compressor compartment is compact and, in some versions, can be mounted on a pull-out platform for easier servicing. The cabinet stands on casters with height-adjustable feet.
