The Juka VD70M refrigerated cabinet in the stainless steel version is designed for storing dairy and sausage products, salads, desserts and beverages in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as in warehouses and foodservice businesses. Its compact footprint allows a large volume of product to be stored even in a small utility room or serving area.
The cabinet body is filled with high-density polyurethane foam, providing air-tightness, structural rigidity and effective 70 mm thermal insulation. The refrigeration circuit is managed by an electronic control unit with automatic defrost, and R290 refrigerant meets modern requirements for energy-efficient equipment. The unit comes with 5 height-adjustable shelves, each rated for up to 30 kg, and a lock to restrict access to the contents. The door can be re-hinged to the opposite side, making the cabinet easier to fit into rooms with different layouts.
