The BRILLIS G-HR800DT is a combined refrigerator-freezer cabinet with two independent compartments — a chiller and a freezer — in a single unit, with a total capacity of 361 L. Two independent controllers keep a different temperature in each compartment, which is convenient for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as food-service businesses.
The exterior is finished in painted galvanised metal (PCM) in white, built to withstand daily use, while the interior lining is white impact-resistant HIPS plastic that is easy to clean and meets the requirements of professional kitchens. A combined cooling system (static cooling with a fan) evenly distributes cold air inside both compartments and maintains a stable temperature, helping keep food fresh for longer.
