The Juka SD140M mid-temperature cabinet is a large-capacity two-door refrigeration unit for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, production kitchens and catering facilities, and storage rooms of foodservice businesses. The -5...+5°C operating range and 920 L usable capacity allow a sizeable stock of products to be kept at once while occupying a relatively compact footprint.
The cabinet's interior surface is made of polymer-coated metal, and the body is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam, providing reliable thermal insulation, tightness and structural rigidity. An electronic control unit maintains the set temperature and performs automatic defrost without staff involvement. Ten height-adjustable shelves let facilities arrange stock flexibly by container size.
