The Juka SD140M refrigerated cabinet is a two-door unit for storing chilled products in production kitchens of school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens, catering combines and storage rooms. A usable volume of 920 dm³ (920 L) lets staff keep a substantial stock of products on hand, while the stainless steel body simplifies daily wet cleaning and compliance with sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment.
The cabinet maintains a -5...+5°C operating range at a recommended room temperature of +16...+35°C (climate class 7) on R290 refrigerant. The body is filled with 70 mm polyurethane foam for tight sealing and structural rigidity, and an electronic control unit manages the set mode and automatic defrost. The kit includes 10 adjustable shelves rated for up to 30 kg each, height-adjustable legs for levelling on uneven floors, and a door lock.
