The GEMM EFN02 R290 is a two-door upright refrigerator cabinet from the Italian manufacturer GEMM, designed for storing chilled food in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other institutional catering facilities. The interior is designed to hold runners for GN 2/1 containers, with a built-in cooling unit.
The cabinet maintains a temperature range of -2/+8°C (NORMAL TEMPERATURE version) with a gross capacity of 1287 l (808 l net) — twice that of the single-door EFN01 thanks to its wider body.
