The UBC Medium refrigerated cabinet is a mid-capacity model with a 605 L volume and a +3 to +8°C operating range, suited to school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens that need to store a larger volume of chilled drinking water, juices and dairy products.
The cabinet measures 2140×680×680 mm. The body is made of 0.5 mm galvanized sheet steel, primed on both sides and painted on the outside for corrosion protection. A bending manufacturing technology keeps the body geometry stable throughout its service life. CFC-free insulation combined with a Rollbond evaporator and forced air circulation ensures even temperature distribution and prevents glass fogging. The condenser is a dynamic type.
