The Gooder GN-650TN medium-temperature cabinet is used for storing fresh food, semi-finished products and beverages in school, kindergarten and hospital catering units that need substantial capacity and a stable temperature range.
The +2°C to +8°C temperature range is maintained by a dynamic cooling system, and climate class 4 allows the cabinet to operate at ambient temperatures from +16°C to +30°C. The 650 L chamber is made of AISI304 stainless steel inside and out, with metal shelves featuring a polyurethane coating, sized 640×530 mm and height-adjustable. The doors are fitted with a door closer and a lock, the interior is lit by LED lighting, temperature is controlled by a digital thermostat, and energy class D combined with a modest 0.35 kW power rating keeps running costs low.
