The 0°C to +7°C operating range is maintained by a dynamic cooling system running on R290 refrigerant, spreading cold evenly across the chamber with an effective capacity of 785 L (total capacity 1122 L). Contents are accessed through sliding glass doors, convenient for frequent opening during the working day. The shelves are made of PVC-coated metal, the interior is lit by LED lighting, and mechanical control is complemented by a built-in thermometer for temperature monitoring.
