The +1°C to +10°C range is maintained by a combination of static and dynamic cooling running on R600a refrigerant, evenly distributing cold across the chamber with an effective capacity of 345 L (total capacity 372 L). A fixed-opening glass door lets staff check contents without opening it, while 360×500 mm shelves suit items of different sizes. Control is mechanical with a built-in thermometer, the interior is lit by LED lighting, and a lock protects the contents from unauthorised access.
