The Juka SD70M universal cabinet is commercial refrigeration equipment designed for storing dairy and sausage products, salads, desserts and beverages in kitchens and storage rooms at educational facilities, healthcare institutions and foodservice operations. The -5...+5°C operating range lets the cabinet handle both short-term storage of chilled goods and low-positive-temperature holding of semi-finished products. Its spacious, easy-to-operate body suits rooms where a large volume of stock needs to fit into a limited footprint.
The cabinet body is a single-piece moulded construction with an interior surface made of plasticised metal, which simplifies wet cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. It comes with an electronic control unit with automatic defrost and five height-adjustable shelves finished in polymer coating. Four height-adjustable legs allow correct levelling, and the design supports reversing the door side to fit the room layout.
