The Technoholod ShKhSn (D) -«ОРЕГОН ВА»-0,7 universal cabinet is Ukrainian-made refrigeration equipment of increased capacity for kitchens that require higher storage volumes of chilled products: canteens of educational institutions, hospital kitchens, and foodservice businesses. The refrigeration unit sits on top of the housing, freeing up usable space inside the cabinet for shelves.
Compared to the smaller model in the "Oregon VA" series, this cabinet has a greater depth of 850 mm and increased storage volume: total volume 700 L, useful volume 630 L. The -5...+5°C operating range inside the cabinet is provided by dynamic (forced-air) cooling, marked "(D)" in the name, and the maximum shelf load is up to 30 kg. Cabinet height is 2090 mm. It is rated for ambient temperature up to +25°C and relative humidity up to 60%.
