It is designed for storing and displaying pre-chilled food products at retail and foodservice businesses. The -1.6 model provides a useful shelf volume of 1.4, with a total shelf and bottom area of 4.92 m², a body depth of 850 mm, a shelf depth of 650 mm and a height of 2100 mm. The maximum load per shelf is 30 kg, in line with standard operating norms for commercial refrigeration equipment. The cabinet is rated for ambient temperatures up to +25°C and relative humidity up to 60%, covering the conditions typical of most kitchens and utility rooms in educational and healthcare institutions. Technoholod is a Ukrainian manufacturer, so the cabinet ships with a full set of documents for participation in Prozorro tender procurement, without delays for customs clearance or international logistics.
