The Aistermo ВХСК ЕЛЕГІЯ 1.2 (VKhSK Elehiya 1.2) refrigerated display case is built for displaying and short-term storage of chilled foods on a serving line — salads, cheeses, dairy products, sausage products and fish. Its compact footprint suits buffets in schools and kindergartens, as well as hospital kitchens, where a cooled storage box and a display area need to fit into one floor-standing cabinet.
The unit is 1200 mm long, with a 160 L storage chamber volume and an operating range of 0…+8°C. Cooling is static, without a fan, so food stays fresh without drying out. The display glass is semi-round, the display width is 620 mm, and energy consumption is 2.7 kWh per day.
