The Aistermo ВХСК ПАЛЬМІРА 1.3 (VKhSK Palmira 1.3) refrigerated case has a narrower cabinet (820 mm depth) than the ЕЛЕГІЯ line, saving space in compact buffet areas of schools, kindergartens and hospitals. It is designed for displaying salads, cheeses, dairy products, sausage products and fish.

The case is 1300 mm long, with a 130 L storage chamber and an operating range of 0…+8°C. Display width is 570 mm, the display glass is semi-round, energy consumption is 2.8 kWh per day, and the refrigeration unit is built-in.

Features

• A cooled storage box sits beneath the display, holding a reserve stock of food.
• The server's shelf is made of durable plastic (stainless steel on request) and doubles as a work surface for slicing and packing.
• The case runs on an industrial, energy-efficient Embraco Aspera compressor for a long service life.
• An EVCO electronic controller with a temperature sensor manages the unit.
• The body is made of galvanized steel with a PVC coating, side panels are grey impact-resistant ABS plastic, and body/panel insulation is polyurethane foam.
• LED lighting covers the display area.
• Display trays are steel with a polymer coating; the countertop (server's shelf) is plastic.
• On request, the case can be fitted with an extra glass shelf or a movable glass divider.
