The COLD Hamburg W-28 refrigerated display case, manufactured in Poland, is a large-format unit for deli-style presentation in high-traffic kitchens: central school canteens, kindergarten catering centres and hospital kitchens. A length of 2820 mm including side panels and a 2.25 m² display area allow a wide assortment of dairy products, cold cuts and ready meals to be displayed at once.
The curved front glass, granite or stainless steel worktop and aluminium trim profiles make the case comfortable for intensive daily use by kitchen staff. Inside temperature is maintained between +2°C and +8°C at a room temperature of +25°C and 60% relative humidity; cooling is gravity-based, and the unit weighs 300 kg.
