The Juka FGL160 (restyled) refrigerated display case is a mid-temperature deli unit for presenting dairy, cheese, sausage, fish and meat products in buffets and canteens at educational facilities, healthcare institutions and foodservice operations. Its 1.10 m² display area suits service points with an assortment that needs daily replenishment while keeping a compact footprint.
The display section and the staff shelf are made of stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for food-service equipment. The case includes a spacious refrigerated storage box for backup stock and energy-saving LED lighting. The -2...+8°C operating range is maintained by gravity cooling at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C, corresponding to climate class 3.
