The Juka FGL260 (restyled version) refrigerated gastronomy display case is built for presenting cheese, dairy, sausage, meat and fish products on a serving line or at a buffet counter in schools, kindergartens and hospitals. This medium-temperature unit offers a deep display area that fits a wide product range into a compact footprint.
The display section and server shelf are made of stainless steel, which simplifies daily cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for catering facilities. The case is fitted with a spacious cooling storage box and energy-efficient LED lighting, while automatic defrost reduces the workload on kitchen staff. The -2...+8°C operating range is maintained by gravity cooling at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3).
