The Juka SGL 190 refrigerated deli display case is the longest model in the SGL line, designed for a wide range of cheese, dairy, sausage, meat and fish products. With a length of 1800 mm and a 1.33 m² display area, it suits central serving lines in school canteens, hospital catering departments and school-meal production centres that serve large numbers of visitors daily and need to present a broader assortment than compact cases allow. A 745 mm deep product layout and a 300 dm³ storage compartment keep a backup stock within reach without interrupting service to restock.
The display section and staff shelf are made of stainless steel, which simplifies daily wet cleaning and meets sanitary requirements for kitchen equipment. The -2...+8°C operating range is maintained by gravity cooling at climate class 3, with automatic defrost and energy-saving LED lighting that evenly illuminates the displayed products. The electronic thermostat allows precise temperature settings for a specific product group. On request, the cabinet can be painted in an RAL colour, fitted with pink lighting, an extra glass shelf or black silk-screened glass, and several SGL 190 units can be joined into a single serving line for a large kitchen.
