The Juka VGL190A refrigerated deli display case is built for presenting and storing cheese, dairy, sausage, meat and fish products on serving lines and buffet counters in school canteens, kindergartens and hospital cafeterias. A 1800 mm body length and 1.33 m² display area accommodate a solid range of products without crowding the service area.
The case runs on gravity cooling within a +2...+8°C operating range at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). Product display depth is 740 mm, and a 300 dm³ storage compartment keeps a backup supply close to the serving point. Temperature is controlled electronically, with R404a or R452a refrigerant depending on the version.
