The ROSS SAVONA-1,7 ВС refrigerated display case is the longest model in the SAVONA line, built for selling fresh meat, sausages and deli products in large buffets of schools, hospitals and other institutions with counter service. The case is 1800 mm long with a 1.36 m² display area and holds up to 75 kg of evenly loaded product.
The display depth is increased to 800 mm, and the body panels of galvanized steel with a polymer coating are made without welded seams, preventing corrosion spots. Curved tempered panoramic glass and a stainless-steel serving counter give the case a neat appearance, while automation handles temperature control and evaporator defrost without staff involvement.
