The compact ROSS Sorrento 1,0 refrigerated display case suits buffet counters and small food-service points in schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities where floor space is limited. The manufacturer offers this model in two versions — with static and with dynamic cooling — so several parameters in the specification table below are given as two values separated by a slash: the first for the static version, the second for the dynamic one.
Overall dimensions with side panels are 1120×1100×1260 mm. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts from the bottom and is held by gas struts, which simplifies servicing. Display trays and the server countertop are made of stainless steel, while the body panels are galvanised steel with polymer coating and no welded seams. Sorrento cases can be joined in a line of any configuration using corner elements.
