The Sorrento 2,0, made by the Ukrainian manufacturer ROSS (Kharkiv), is one of the longest cases in the Sorrento line, built for large buffets and serving lines at high-traffic canteens in educational institutions, hospitals and foodservice businesses. The extended length lets more product be displayed on a single counter without joining extra sections.
The case is 2120 mm long including side panels, 1100 mm wide and 1260 mm high. Like other models in the line, Sorrento 2,0 is produced with either static or dynamic cooling — the table below lists the matching pair of values separated by a slash. Display area is 1.4 m² for the static version or 1.72 m² for the dynamic version, with an evenly loaded product weight of 75 or 100 kg.
