The Tehnoholod ПВХСн-1,5 Missouri A Meat refrigerated display case is a larger version of the fresh-meat display case, built for high-turnover meat sections in canteens, delicatessen boutiques and premium supermarkets. Like the rest of the Missouri A meat line, it uses a static cooling system with an evaporator above the display and an additionally chilled display surface, preserving the appearance of meat and reducing moisture loss. It is manufactured by the Ukrainian plant Tehnoholod (Lviv).
This case is 1500 mm long, with a display area of 1.34 m² and a double side-wall thickness of 120 mm. The -1…+2 °C operating temperature corresponds to temperature class M1. Compared with the shorter ПВХСн-1,25 version, this case has a higher defrost power of 300 W, which speeds up the automatic defrost cycle.
