The Tehnoholod PVKHSn-2,5 Missouri A Meat refrigerated display case is an extended version of the Missouri A Meat series for meat departments carrying a wide assortment. At 2500 mm long, it offers a display area of 2.26 m² — considerably more space than the compact models in the line, letting stores lay out a broader range of products and separate items by type of meat.
Like other models in the Missouri A Meat series, this case runs on a static cooling system: an evaporator sits above the display shelf, with the shelf surface additionally cooled from below. This preserves the appearance and colour of fresh meat and reduces shrinkage throughout the selling day — important for meat processing shops, supermarkets and foodservice businesses where a large display volume must stay presentable all day. The -1…+2 °C operating range corresponds to temperature class M1.
