The UBC Gracia FG 0.94 refrigerated display case is designed for displaying chilled dairy products, meat, fish, sausages, cheese, confectionery and other goods in buffets and serving areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities. The cubic body shape combines a neat design with functionality and convenient product display over an area of 0.81 m².
The case is built with reduced-energy-consumption technology: at a maximum input power of 470 W, average energy consumption is 4.2 kWh per day, and the temperature is maintained in the 0…+8°C range. Standard equipment includes a box for storing the daily product reserve, with an option for a lift-up front glass. An SEST (Italy) evaporator and condenser paired with an Embracco medium-temperature compressor ensure stable operation; automatic heater-based evaporator defrost and automatic compressor overheat protection simplify maintenance, while the electronic controller keeps set parameters precise. All glass is tempered, double-glazed units are used, and body parts are made of stainless steel. The body can be customised on request with finishes such as natural wood, metal sublimation printing or digital metal printing, allowing the case to fit the interior of an institution's buffet or dining hall. The model weighs 168 kg and runs on 50 Hz alternating current.
