The Juka FDIE corner module connects straight sections of the FDI series into a continuous line or an island layout. It suits buffets, cafeterias and serving areas in educational and healthcare facilities as well as foodservice operations, displaying dairy, cheese, sausage, fish and meat products sold for takeaway.
The case runs on dynamic cooling, spreading cold evenly across the 1.26 m² display area at a 900 mm depth. The operating range is 0...+8°C at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3). The tempered front glass has additional airflow to prevent fogging, while the side glass is a sealed unit. The display deck and server shelf are stainless steel, with energy-saving LED lighting.
