The UBC Muza 1.0 refrigerated display case is designed for displaying and storing chilled dairy products, meat, fish, sausages, cheese, confectionery and other food items in buffets and serving areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. The model combines advanced technology, practicality and a neat appearance, which matters for premises with high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Compared with another model in the UBC range, the Muza 1.0 case has greater depth, allowing more product to be displayed within its 0.87 m² display area, along with a more rounded body shape. Standard equipment includes a glass partition and shelf, a box for storing the daily product reserve, and a plastic bumper. An SEST (Italy) evaporator and condenser paired with an Embracco medium-temperature compressor maintain a stable 0…+8°C temperature range at an energy consumption of 3.8 kWh per day and a maximum input power of 470 W. Automatic heater-based evaporator defrost and automatic compressor overheat protection simplify operation, while the electronic controller keeps set parameters precise. All glass elements are tempered, the side panels are moulded, and body parts are made of stainless steel. Energy-saving LED lighting of the display area highlights the products on show. The unit runs on 220 V, 50 Hz power and weighs 107 kg.
