The ROSS Sorrento D-2,4 medium-temperature display case is refrigeration equipment made in Ukraine (Kharkiv) for displaying chilled food products — deli items, meat and fish products, ready meals and confectionery. It is used in serving counters and buffet areas of school and hospital canteens, as well as in retail shops and kiosks where a tidy product presentation and stable temperature are essential.
The D-2,4 model uses dynamic cooling: a dual circuit with an air-duct system inside the display trays creates an even temperature field along the whole case and minimises product weathering. Continuous evaporator ventilation prevents frost build-up, so the manufacturer avoids electric defrost heaters, cutting energy use. The case is 2520 mm long including side panels, offers a 2.1 m² display area and can hold up to 120 kg of evenly loaded product. Sorrento cases can be joined into lines of any length and configuration using corner elements, making it possible to build a counter to fit a specific serving area.
