The Aistermo ВХСК Арктика 1.8 (VKHSK Arktyka 1.8) refrigerated display case is an increased-volume model from the Arktyka line, designed for kitchens and buffets that need to present a large amount of chilled food at once. Its 1800 mm length and 320 L storage volume let it serve a higher flow of visitors in a school, kindergarten or hospital canteen.
The body is made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating, with side panels insulated with foamed polyurethane and finished with a decorative stainless steel insert. The work surface and display area are polished stainless steel, meeting sanitary requirements for food-service equipment. Cooling is static, with natural air circulation, using an Embraco compressor; the operating range is 0…+8°C, with power consumption of 7.8 kWh per day. Under the 730 mm wide display area is a refrigerated storage compartment of 320 L, making restocking easier. The unit weighs 180 kg. Controls are electronic with a temperature display, and lighting is LED.
