The Tekhnokholod PVKhSn(R) Georgia "Fish on Ice" -1.3 display case is built for presenting and selling fresh fish and seafood in an on-ice format — a practical solution for fish counters in retail complexes, central catering kitchens serving education and healthcare institutions, and combined food-supply centres. The low display-zone temperature keeps the product looking fresh throughout the working day.
The operating temperature is -1...+1°C, matching temperature class M1 and intended specifically for fish. The cooled box volume is 250 L and the display area is 1.0 m². Air speed does not exceed 0.2 m/s, which minimises product dehydration. The case includes a 300 W defrost function and consumes around 7.3 kWh per day on a 220V ±10%, 50Hz supply.
