The Juka VGL130A refrigerated gastronomy display case is a compact unit for presenting cheese, dairy, sausage, meat and fish products on a small serving line or buffet counter in schools, kindergartens and hospitals, where saving floor space without losing display area matters.
The display section and server shelf are made of stainless steel. The front glass lifts on gas struts, which markedly simplifies access to the product range during service and cleaning. The configuration includes a glass shelf and a glass divider, and the glass can optionally feature black silk-screen printing. The +2...+8°C operating range is maintained by gravity cooling at a recommended room temperature of +16...+25°C (climate class 3), and automatic defrost reduces manual maintenance.
