The ROSS Belluno-D 1,1-1,2 refrigerated display case is a compact solution for serving ready meals, cold snacks and drinks in school canteens, kindergarten buffets and small dining points of public institutions. At 1290 mm long, it fits even a tight serving area without sacrificing display space.
Unlike the base static-cooling version, the Belluno-D uses dynamic cooling: a dual circuit with an air duct system built into the display trays forces cold air evenly through the whole volume. This keeps the temperature even at every level of the display and lets the unit recover its set temperature faster after being opened repeatedly during peak hours, so food doesn't freeze on one side or warm up on the other.
