ROSS Belluno-D 1,1-1,7 Refrigerated Display Case

The ROSS Belluno-D 1,1-1,7 display case is built for busy serving lines — canteens in large schools, hospital kitchens, and catering combines at public institutions. At 1790 mm it lets you lay out a wider range of dishes and snacks in a single line.

During peak hours the case gets opened dozens of times in a row, and that is where dynamic cooling matters most: a fan pushes cold air through the ducts built into the trays, so the temperature stays even across the whole volume and recovers quickly after every opening, not just in the zone right above the evaporator as happens in static units.
