The ROSS Belluno-D 1,1-2,0 display case is the longest dynamic-cooling model in this batch, built for large kitchens — school catering combines, multi-building hospitals, and serving lines in big boarding institutions. At 2090 mm it lets you lay out a full day's menu in a single line without joining several cases together.
Dynamic cooling in the Belluno-D works by forced circulation: a fan pushes air through ducts built into the trays along the whole length of the body, so cold air doesn't run out at the end furthest from the evaporator. This gives roughly 20% more display area than a static unit of the same size, and the temperature recovers faster after each opening during busy hours.
