The ROSS SAVONA-2,0 ВС refrigerated display case is manufactured by the ROSS plant in Kharkiv and designed for displaying and selling chilled deli products, sausages and fresh meat over the counter. With a body length of 2100 mm and a display area of 1.6 m², it can equip a full meat and deli line in a canteen, buffet or shop at an educational or healthcare facility that handles a daily assortment of chilled goods.
The unit uses static cooling, keeps the temperature inside the useful volume at 0…+8°C and stays operational at an ambient temperature of up to +32°C — enough for most kitchens and sales areas without air conditioning. The spacious refrigerated storage box beneath the counter holds up to 88 kg of daily product stock, while the electronic controller automatically manages the temperature mode and evaporator defrost.
