The РОСС Sorrento 2,4 refrigerated display case is the largest model in the Sorrento line from РОСС, a Ukrainian manufacturer based in Kharkiv. It is designed for counter-service display and sale of deli products, meat and dairy items, and prepared foods in retail stores, as well as in canteens and buffets of educational and healthcare institutions. With a side-to-side length of 2520 mm, the unit lets you build a full sales line even where floor space is limited.
The model is available with static or dynamic cooling: the dynamic version uses a dual circuit with an air-duct system in the display trays to create an even temperature field and increase the display area without enlarging the footprint. The body is made of galvanised steel with polymer coating, welding-free, while the display trays and counter top are stainless steel. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts from the bottom on gas struts, making cleaning and servicing easier.
