The ROSS Sorrento D-1,0 refrigerated display case is a compact unit with dynamic cooling designed for showcasing ready-made meals, deli products, meat, dairy and confectionery items in buffets, school and kindergarten canteens, hospital kitchens and other facilities with over-the-counter service. The case is manufactured by ROSS in Kharkiv, Ukraine, confirming its Ukrainian origin for buyers taking part in Prozorro tender procedures.
The case is 1120 mm long including side panels, 1100 mm wide and 1260 mm high, with a display area of 0.86 m² designed for an evenly loaded weight of up to 47 kg. Cooling is dynamic: a dual circuit with an air-duct system in the display trays creates an even temperature field and minimizes product surface drying. The useful volume temperature is kept within +2…+8°C, and the unit runs reliably at ambient temperatures up to +25°C.
