The ROSS Sorrento D-1,7 refrigerated display case is one of the longer models in the Sorrento line made by ROSS in Kharkiv, built for high-traffic venues: school and hospital canteens, shops and cafes with a wide range of deli products. With an overall length of 1820 mm (including side panels) and a 1.46 m² display area, it can present more product lines at once and hold up to 80 kg of load.
Cooling is dynamic: a dual air-duct circuit through the display trays maintains an even temperature along the full length of the case and prevents product dehydration, while continuous evaporator ventilation stops frost build-up, so heater defrost isn't needed. The curved tempered panoramic glass lifts on gas struts, giving easy access to the display trays during service.
