The ROSS Sorrento D-2,0 refrigerated display case is the largest model in the Sorrento line from Ukrainian manufacturer ROSS (Kharkiv). With an overall length of 2120 mm (including side panels) and a 1.72 m² display area, it lets you present the widest possible range of deli products, confectionery and ready meals — a fit for large canteens in schools, hospital kitchens, supermarkets and foodservice venues with heavy customer traffic.
Cooling is dynamic: a dual air-duct circuit through the display trays keeps an even temperature field along the entire length of the case even at maximum load (up to 100 kg of product), while continuous evaporator ventilation removes the need for heater defrost. Curved tempered panoramic glass on gas struts makes accessing the goods easy throughout the working day.
