The Technoholod PVKHS (D) Opera-1.4 refrigerated display case features dynamic (forced-air) cooling and is made in Ukraine by Technoholod. It is designed for displaying ready meals, beverages, desserts and culinary products at the serving counters of school, kindergarten and hospital canteens, as well as small and mid-sized foodservice businesses.
Unlike static models, the Opera line uses forced air circulation, which speeds up temperature recovery after the doors are opened and gives more even cooling across the whole display area. The display area is 0.94 m², and the cooled box volume is 140 L. The 90 mm side panels keep a stable microclimate, with two operating ranges available — 0…+2°C and +2…+4°C (temperature class M1/M2). Power supply is 220V ±10%, 50Hz, L+N+Pe; an optional electric defrost heater rated at 200 W can be connected.
