The Technoholod PVKHS (D) Opera-2.5 refrigerated display case is the longest model in the dynamic Opera line from Ukrainian manufacturer Technoholod, sized at 2500 mm. It is used on serving lines in large school and hospital kitchens, buffets of educational and healthcare institutions, and foodservice businesses that need the maximum display length available in this series.
Like the other Opera cases, this model uses dynamic (forced-air) cooling with even temperature distribution along the whole length. The side panels are 90 mm thick, maintaining a stable microclimate in rooms with ambient temperature up to +25°C and humidity up to 60%. Two operating ranges are available — 0…+2°C and +2…+4°C (temperature class M1/M2). Power supply is 220V ±10%, 50Hz, L+N+Pe.
